SEWERAGE/DRAINAGE



The Town of Quispamsis is seeking bids from contractors for Drainage Improvements. This project entails the supply of labour, transport, materials, services, equipment and incidentals necessary to address drainage improvements at multiple locations within the town. This work includes removal of deteriorated headwalls, replacement of driveway culverts, the addition of storm manhole structures, connections to existing infrastructure, construction of a new berm, cleaning, shaping and/or clearing of
drainage channels and installation of riprap. Any disturbance to driveways shall have reinstatements completed by same materials. Landscaping shall be by topsoil and hydroseed or topsoil and sod. Also included is all work of a general nature such as co-ordination, obtaining permits and approvals, clean-up, property protection and testing. WAWA permits have been secured for all necessary locations except for Leeswood Drive and Natureview Trail for which permit applications are pending. In
general, without limiting th
e scope of the Work, the Contract consists of drainage improvements at the following locations:

.2 36 Goldrush Drive
.3 82 Roberts Lane Easement
.4 384 French Village Road
.5 21 Leeswood Drive
.6 Natureview Trail

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Quispamsis until until 2:00pm, AST, Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the front counter of Town Hall, 12 Landing Court, Quispamsis, N.B. E2E 4R2.
