• RFB for introduction to motivational interviewing training and advanced motivational interviewing training.
• Scope of Work
  The Ministry requires a Vendor to develop and deliver two (2) in-person Introduction to Motivational Interviewing for Frontline Youth Justice Staff training sessions and two (2) Advanced Motivational Interviewing training sessions (four sessions in total). Each session will be 2 days (7.25 hours each day), to train up to 40 participants per session.
  These workshops will be delivered to frontline staff and managers from the Ministry and staff from Transfer Payment Recipients (TPRs) funded by the Ministry (the “Participants”).
  The workshops are to incorporate adult learning principles, use a variety of instructional methods, and be highly practical with opportunities to observe demonstrations and participate in case scenarios. The curriculum needs to be evidence-informed and include appropriate references to information in studies, papers, publications, etc. This information from studies, papers, and publications, etc. can also be consulted or referred to within the training.
