Description

RFP-2024-006757-Board Portal Cloud Services:
This Request for Proposals (this "RFP") is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Ontario Health Board of Directors Portal Services . The solution should have the capability to provide the following services (the “Services“), as further described in Part 2 - The Services.
Ontario Health requires a secure, cloud based, software as a service solution, which is accessible as required by 25 users (up to 15 Board members and 10 management/administrative staff).

The solution is expected to achieve the following objectives:
1. Supporting the creation, distribution and management of Board documents and Board books quickly and easily.
2. Board members will be able to access their meeting documents from anywhere, at any time, increasing their productivity and efficiency.
3. The need for paper hardcopies will be eliminated, reducing waste, cutting supply and mailing costs, and facilitating increased mobility for Board members.
4. Meetings will be optimized, with all members having immediate access to all relevant documents, revised materials, and supporting information, and being able to participate from any location.
5. Ability to conduct secure, online discussions and vote electronically on Board business will facilitate necessary decision making between regularly-scheduled Board meetings.
6. Increased security, control and monitoring of information for records management compliance.
