Description

AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Sept 17 2024 at 2pm EDT. All bids submitted after will be declared non-responsive. R.114980.002 Site Services Reconstruction (SLT Sector) 719 Heron Rd. Ottawa, ON K1A 0h2 This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant.
There will be a site visit on Sept 9 at 10am. Interested Bidders must sign in at main vehicle gate, and are to meet at the B-Wing Main entrance/lobby of 719 Heron Road, Ottawa, ON. Free parking is available on site in the parking lot located immediately east of the SL Tilley Building. In order to be guaranteed access to the site all persons should have the proper personal protection. Contractor’s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site. Signing of attendance list at security desk and photo ID is required.
