Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of Handheld backscatter (HB) X-Ray systems in order to give the ability for police to view into inaccessible areas such as behind vehicle body panels, container walls, or other vehicle components quickly and without the need to open or damage them.

The period of the Standing Offer is from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer to one (1) year later, plus three (3) additional extension periods of one (1) year.

All the deliverables must be received on or before 120 days of issuance of the call-up.

This procurement is subject to the following CLCAs

• Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement
• Ta’an Kwach’an Council Final Agreement

There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
