Description

The Denisiqi Services Society is looking to engage the services of a Construction Management (CM) company to join the team. The successful proponent would assist the design team with Pre-construction services providing input on budget, buildability, and scheduling leading to the finalization of the design and preparation of construction documents. It is proposed that the initial scope and contract for Construction Management services will be the Canadian Construction Document Committee CCDC 5A.
