This is a Notice Proposed Procurement

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, region, level of expertise for the following category:

• Stream 5: Technical, engineering and maintenance services stream
Resource #1: 5.4 Professional Engineer Level: Senior
Resource #2: 5.4 Professional Engineer Level: Intermediate

• Stream 3: Project management services stream
Resource #3: 3.6 Risk management Specialist Level: Junior

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) Contract.

Description of the Requirement:

DFO-CCG requires the professional services of a senior Professional Engineer, an intermediate Professional Engineer, and a Junior Risk Management Specialist to develop a prioritization framework and associated documentation, including a Decision Support Tool, Report, Presentation Decks, and Communications / Engagement Plans. The framework will integrate techniques from priority threat management, structured decision-making, and analytical disciplines.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award to March 31, 2026 plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the initial contract period will be for:
Resource #1: 5.4 Professional Engineer - Level: Senior: 106 days
Resource #2: 5.4 Professional Engineer - Level: Intermediate: 106 days
Resource #3: 3.6 Risk management Specialist - Level: Junior 63 days
