REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER NO. 2024-972
SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL

SCOPE OF WORK
The “Work” is related to snow clearing and de-icing of roadways, parking, walkways and around critical infrastructure on an “as and when, if required, with no guarantee of a minimum” basis supporting CRD’s IWS Operations. The services are expected to be conducted 24/7 when needed, i.e. not limited to business hours. The scope of services will include, but is not limited to:

Snowplowing – plowing roadways, parking lots and other operational paved areas with equipment outfitted with plows, skid steers or similar, piling snow out of the way in mutually agreed upon locations.

De-icing – spreading de-icing material on roadways, parking lots, other operational paved areas, including walkways if hand shoveling is requested.

Shoveling walkways – removing snow from walkways, sidewalks by hand shovelling, snow plow or other suitable equipment.
