Description

The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM PST, Wednesday, August 7, 2024:

C-001 Architectural Woodwork
C-002 Membrane Roofing – Roof D, F, and G
C-003 Resilient Flooring
C-004 Mechanical
C-005 Electrical

The project consists of several parts of the existing air terminal roof that are aged and at the end of their service life. Specifically, those parts of the roof sheathed with prefinished steel panels that are directly fastened with exposed screws are to be replaced.
