Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS. Proponents be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the instructions to proponents Under Section 1.6: Submissions of the tender document.

Proponents shall adhere to the Submission Content and Requirements as identified within the tender document.

Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

• At least five (5) years of experience providing actuarial valuation services
• Key Personnel identified as “Partner” must have at least five (5) years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Proponent must have knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations in accordance with the standards of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and Public Service Accounting Standards (PSAS) for government, including non-profit organizations, as recommended by the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA).
