PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for acquisition of two (2) semi-automatic wrapping machines including training, documentation, delivery, maintenance service and the option to buy two (2) additional semi-automatic wrapping machines, located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and Laval, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
