Description

Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from a medical oncologist or hematologist for the position of Provincial Head, Complex Malignant Hematology (CMH). The Provincial Head will provide clinical leadership to ensure the provision of high quality CMH services in Ontario, including the treatment of patients with acute leukemia, and the provision of stem cell transplant and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. In addition, this role will provide guidance and advice on arising priorities for other hematologic cancers. The program engages clinical and administrative representatives, as well as patient and caregiver advisors, from across the province in planning, development, and implementation of access to care and quality improvement initiatives.
