Description

The document scanning and coding will be to support the Ministry in the following court actions:
1. Ontario Superior Court of Justice
• Francis v. Ontario, Court File No. CV-18-591719-00CP
• Chandra v. Ontario, Court File No. CV-20-641003-00CP
These are two lawsuits about administrative segregation in Ontario jails that have been authorized by the court to proceed as class actions.
The Ministry anticipates having one to four orders of approximately 100 boxes with approximately 200,000 pages per month over the term of the Contract. The Ministry may have one to two high-volume orders of up to 400 boxes with approximately 800,000 pages.
Every reasonable effort has been made to provide accurate estimates of the requirements; however, the responsibility of the Ministry will be limited to scanning and coding requested and received. The Ministry makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned to the Vendor under this RFB.
