Description

The Employee Relocation Program has been in place since the 1970’s to assist qualified Ontario Public Service (OPS) employees who, due to the nature of their work may be required to relocate during their employment. The program is designed to assist employees with all aspects of relocation. Participation in the Employee Relocation program is not mandatory. Relocating employees have the option to utilize the program in part or in full.

The program is based on entitlements stipulated in various collective agreements and the Management Board of Cabinet’s Relocation Expenses Directive.
There are four primary service categories of the Employee Relocation Program. Bidders will be required to provide service in all four categories.
