Description

The intent of this proposal call is to engage a qualified and experienced Construction Management firm to successfully perform the construction management services and work for the new Department of Natural Resources & Renewables Operations Centre, located on Creighton Road in Shubenacadie, NS on behalf of DPW for a Stipulated Price fee, defined Reimbursable Expenses, and Subcontract costs in accordance with the Agreement. The Project includes:1. Construction of a new sustainable operations centre2. Construction of an eight-bay maintenance garage and parking for staff3. Decommissioning and demolition of existing facilities, and4. Overall site improvements to enhance both the visitor and staff experience.5. The Place of the Work is in Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia., on that parcel referredto as P.I.D. 20083564 (the "Place of the Work")
