Tender bids and addendums shall be submitted to NB Power via email to AllTenders@nbpower.com Email bidding details are attached in the "Attachments Exist" folder for this tender. No paper will be accepted.

There will be no public tender openings.

The successful tenderer will be required to subscribe to the Contractor Information Management System (www.isnetworld.com). For more information please see the requirements set out in the Safety/Safety Regulations of this tender.

FORCED LABOUR AND CHILD LABOUR LAWS. The Tenderer"s bid should be formulated with a full understanding and appreciation of Supplementary General Conditions "C"/Part 2, Forced Labour and Child Labour.
