Description

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE, JANITORIAL



ANBL is seeking a Contractor to provide professional janitorial services at Retail Operations Center (the "Corporation") and ANBL Marketing Offices (the "Train Station"), as per ANNEX A - DELIVERABLES.
The Contractor is responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness to meet visual expectations of occupants as well as health and hygienic standards. The Contractor is also required to ensure that the maximum life cycle of building components (i.e., floor finishes, painted surfaces, etc.) and all ANBL equipment and tools used for providing this service are well maintained.
