Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Expression of Interest Advertising & Commercial
Development

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August
12, 2024.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of
MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission
using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The purpose of this EOI is identify one or more proponents for the purposes of negotiating
an agreement(s) related to non-fare revenue opportunities. Metrolinx invites entities to
submit proposals for the design, construction, and management of new commercial non-fare
revenue opportunities on Metrolinx owned or controlled properties.




Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
