Description

Altek Construction Ltd is the GC approved by the landlord to perform the service on the 4th floor and to have access to the 3rd floor for the proposed project service.
•The project involves significant electrical and mechanical work in the 3rd-floor tenant space, which operates as a clinic seven days a week. Altek Construction Ltd was responsible for the renovation of the space on the 3rd floor and has the credibility with the 3rd floor tenant to manage meticulous scheduling and adherence to stringent security measures to minimize disruption.
•Altek Construction Ltd possesses knowledge of infection control practices and is familiar with the procedures required to work in healthcare facilities.
•Altek has a proven track record with both the building and the tenant, having built out the 3rd and previous 4th floors project. They possess the necessary expertise and familiarity to carry out the work efficiently and without delay.
•The renovation work must be completed by August 19, 2024 and Altek Construction has immediate availability to complete the work by such date. Qualified Contractors may submit to participate in this acquisition opportunity by challenging this Notice of Intent by sending an email to Carolyn Wiens no later than 10 days from posting, providing proof of qualifications, suitable experience in the lower mainland for evaluation, insurance and bonding coverage, work plan, and warranties related to the requirements outlined in this NOI. Only GC approved by the landlord will be able to perform this renovation.
