Description

The Town is seeking a qualified proponent with relevant experience to undertake an Organizational Review that includes: • To review non-union and union positions in all departments. A copy of our Town’s organizational chart has been included as Appendix A to this RFP. The current staff full time complement is 38, supported by 80-95 part time, 5 seasonal and some contract staff. This review does not include volunteer paid on-call firefighters, library, Launch Pad or police services.
