Description

Halifax Water is currently executing a Five-Year IT Strategic plan that includes implementing strategic IT changes within the organization for which we are inviting qualified vendors/firms to provide a non-binding quotation for a Change Manager (CM) resource to support the change management effort on multiple projects for Halifax Water and Project Sponsors. The Change Manager will join the Project Management Office (PMO) and be expected to take the lead in delivering the work outlined in this RFQ scope and leverage their extensive experience to ensure Halifax Water is implementing solutions that align with industry best practice while considering the practical limitations of the organization.
