Description

Lansdowne Mental Health Services Unit (LDC MHSU) located at Lansdowne Centre in Kamloops, BC consists of a Tenant Improvement for Interior Health at 235/237-239 Lansdowne St, Kamloops B.C. The Lower level is approximately 3000 square feet. The lower level will be retrofitted into treatment rooms, a medication room, administration area, Intensive Case Management, Outpatient Withdrawal Management (OWM), Opioid Agonist Treatment, Overdose Prevention Services (ODPS) workspace, charting room, team/group space, Supervised Consumption Site area, and a Life Skills area.
Project Requirements:
Renovate existing main floor for MHSU.
 Create a Safe Consumption Space complete with separate entrance.
 Create a client waiting area.
 Add Treatment rooms.
 Add Secure Medication Room.
 Add Worker Touchdown locations.
 Create a Locked room for Digital Health.
 New lighting where required.
 Update Intrusion and Access Control system along with duress and overhead page.
