Description

The elevator requires an upgrade and is at risk of failure. Modernization of this elevator will bring it up to code and increase reliability and safety clients, visitors, and staff.
1. SCOPE OF WORK;
Modernization of the one (1) passenger elevators at the TLM (Three Links Manor). Included but not limited to are code requirement upgrades, modifications to elevator machine room and provision of equipment transportation to machine room, electrical upgrades, and other code related requirements
