The Land Consultant provides customer-focused realty services to Wheatland County departments with respect to the acquisition, administration, management, and disposal of municipal property interests.

The Land Consultant also provides negotiation and appraisal services, prepares, and participates in the execution of legal agreements and documentation for the transfer and acquisition of County interests
including fee simple, rights of way, leases, easements, and licenses.

The Land Consultant may liaison with the public, other County departments, external agencies, and other municipalities, to administer the County’s land base and road system.
