The Site consists of a two-storey structure presumed to have been constructed in 1930. The Site is approximately 922 sq ft and has a full basement with attached deck.

Hazardous building materials were assessed, and sampling was conducted following the standards and best practices outlined with the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Code.
