Event Note

Proponents are to meet at the Front Lobby of the Building and are to ensure that they register their name and title as well as their company name with BGIS.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at 166 Frederick Street, Kitchener, Ontario. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT (rajesh.gupta@bgis.com) by May 22, 2024 before 5:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
