Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
The preparation of (aluminum) framed window or glazed doors/panels consisting of removing glazing stops where this applies, complete with reinstatement at the end. The preparation or the glass surfaces to make them suitable to a proper film installation, as per specifications and manufacturer’s instructions. Blinds are present for a vast majority of openings (mostly everywhere but building entrances: see General Notes in this respect. The client will be responsible for moving furniture that obstructs the work. The film installation everywhere indicated on drawings. Over the whole perimeter of openings provided with a new film, provide and install an impact protection attachment sealant, unless it is considered that the stop glazing is sufficient to achieve the desired performance. Project is the same for both 580 and 588 Booth Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
