Leduc County is a blend of rural and urban communities located in central Alberta, bordering the south limits of the City of Edmonton and the North Saskatchewan River; from east of New Sarepta
105 kms west to Alsike.
Leduc County is seeking unit rate submissions from companies to perform major asphalt repairs as part of our annual asphalt road maintenance program. The annual major asphalt program budget is
approximately $375,000 per year.
The asphalt maintenance program typically begins in late May and wraps up in September of each year. The program takes place throughout the 396km of paved roads network that Leduc County
maintains. The 2023 program consisted of the following and it is anticipated that the 2024 program will be similar:
Full Depth Asphalt repair = 1200 square meters
Asphalt Overlay = 50 tonnes
Mill and Overlay = 150 square meters
Compact and Pave = 240 square meters
