Description

To supply the City with its requirements of asphaltic concrete. The selected Respondent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The Contract term shall commence from execution of the Contract until May 14, 2025, with provision for extension for a further three (3) years in one (1) year increments at the City’s sole discretion.

The Deliverables required are as follows:

• Supply asphalt prime or tack coat, F.O.B. plant site
• Supply hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement F.O.B. plant site
• Supply cold mix asphaltic concrete pavement F.O.B. Public Works Yards
• Supply cold mix asphaltic concrete pavement F.O.B. plant site
