Description

The scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Implementation of protective environmental, erosion, and sediment control
measures.
2. Roadway milling and overlay.
3. Adjustment of manholes and roadway appurtenance.
4. Remove and replace concrete roadworks including sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.
5. Remove and Dispose 10 meter tall deciduous tree including tree pruning.
6. All other civil works related to the completion of the project.

The Agreement has been divided into the following:
Schedule A – 20 Avenue – CPR Mainline to 21 Street
Schedule B – 15 Avenue – 23 Street to 24 Street
Schedule C – Co-Op Road Surface Works
