The proposed Work includes the supply of all materials, equipment, and labour to complete infrastructure upgrades on Northumberland Street including but not limited to sanitary sewer main replacement, storm sewer trunk main replacement, street reconstruction, underground electrical, lighting upgrades, traffic control, and environmental protection.
