Signed sealed bids, duly completed, dated and marked "Regional Town of
Cap-Acadie - Installation of two Level 3 electric car charging stations", will be
received by the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie, located at 2647, chemin Acadie,
Cap-Pelé, NB, E4N 1C2, until 2 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Tenders will
be opened in open session immediately following the closing time of the call for
tenders.

The procedure for this call for tenders is that established by Regulation 2022-78
under the "Public Procurement Act" of the Province of New Brunswick, as
amended.

Tender documents will be available online on the New Brunswick Opportunities
Network (NBON) or can be obtained in paper format at the office of the Regional
Town of Cap-Acadie.
The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Neither the lowest/highest nor any bid will necessarily be accepted.
