his Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (“KPU” or the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for NRFP # 2958 – Construction Management Services for KPU Child Care and Early Childhood Education Project (“Project”). The University is seeking qualified Proponents with proven track record of providing construction management services at risk for projects in a post-secondary setting. The Project is currently in the design development stage and will be located at the KPU Surrey Campus.
