Description

This RSO is issued by the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (“Legislative Assembly”) to establish one or more Standing Offers (SOs) with vendor(s) for the supply of Large, Medium and Small sized multi-functional printers (“MFP”) for Constituency Offices across the province of British Columbia; the Legislative Assembly may decide to extend this RSO to cover the Legislative Precinct or go out for a separate procurement at its discretion.

The Goods and Services identified in this RSO are to be provided on an as, when requested basis and no commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the number or value of Draw Downs that may be requested from the Offeror over the Effective Period.

The Effective Period is projected to be for the period from July 1, 2024, to March 31, 2029
