Description

The Board of Education of School District No. 34 (Abbotsford) (the “Board”) wishes to retain the services of a qualified Mechanical Contractor to work with the Board, its Consultant (Rocky Point Engineering) for the upcoming Terry Fox HRV Upgrade (Phase 3).

SITE VISIT: A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for Thursday April 11, 2024 starting at 9:30am. Contractors should examine the site, take any measurements and submit any questions. Any Addendum that may result from these questions will be distributed only to contractors that have submitted the RFP Receipt and Intent to Respond form (Appendix A) as well will be posted to BCBID. In submitting a bid, the contractor confirms that he/she has viewed the site and their submission will provide any additional equipment or material found to be necessary for this project. The contractor will rely entirely upon his/her own judgment in submitting a bid and include a sum sufficient to cover all items required for the contract
