Description

Prime Construction Services for Goodridge Corners Stage 3 - Land Development for the City of Edmonton
The Work includes, but is not limited to the following provision of all:
● Mobilization and demobilization activities
● Work Site management activities including temporary construction facilities,
security, and protection of existing Utilities
● Traffic and pedestrian accommodation (all weather access to all existing
properties is to be maintained at all times throughout construction)
● Earthworks, site preparation, deep utility, roadworks, shallow utility, storm
water management facility, and landscaping construction and all other
incidental Work required to complete the Contract in accordance with the
plans and Specifications.
● Work Site cleanup
● Warranty and maintenance
● Final inspection and Contract closeout, as required to obtain all CCCs and
FACs for any items shown on the approved engineering drawing set.
