Description

This Solicitation is open to all interested vendors

The City’s Advertising Division is an in-house advertising agency, acting as a centralized service centre for internal City clients. This agency produces and brokers high-quality communications and marketing products for The City’s advertisements, brochures, displays, posters, editorials, photography, promotional items, signage and multi-media to name a few.
By collaborating with professional service providers (artists), The City’s Advertising Division helps to ensure Calgarians are informed of The City’s programs and services.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.


The City intends to enter into six (6) Agreement(s) for the provision of the Deliverables.
The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) year(s).
After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement two (2) times for two (2) years each time for a potential total term not to exceed six (6) years.
The Agreement will not include a POC.
