Description

The Planning and Events Branch and various communications branches, of CPE, are responsible for providing visual communications support at media availabilities and other events to assist in visually communicating government activities. CPE, is responsible for providing visual communications support to Departments and helps inform Albertans about government programs and policies.
To supplement its service delivery model, the Planning and Events Branch is issuing this PQR to create Standing Offer Lists of external service providers capable of delivering video and multi-media to support various projects of Purchasers.
The Services provided by external service providers will supplement and complement, as needed, those provided by CPE.

a) The services would include providing graphical materials, artwork, animations, video/streaming, video/audio clips or other multimedia products, to supporting the production of videos by assisting with the development of concepts, providing expert consulting, creative input, direction and guidance, provision and operation of all required equipment, editing and post production.
b) The following work is out of scope in this PQR: communications/marketing/advertising strategy; website design; content writing; and photography services
