Description

CTR is looking for qualified and experienced General Contractors to add to CTR’s pre-qualified contractor list for future construction projects across our division. A list of our schools and facilities is located in Appendix A. The pre-qualified list will be valid for a period of 3 years from the date of establishment unless terminated earlier by CTR.
It is the intention of the Evaluation Team to prequalify a minimum of five (5) General Contractors. Successful Proponents will be invited to participate in future opportunities on an as needed basis. Projects are subject to funding availability. Opportunities with an estimated value below $2,500,000 will be offered to contractors on the pre-qualified general contractor list.
