Description

The work, unless specifically stated otherwise, includes all engineering, materials, products,
labour, supervision, management/coordination, and transportation to complete the Project.
The successful Proponent will be required to perform the following scope of work including, but
not limited too:
• General Requirements and Conditions of Contract (i.e. bonding, insurance, management
and coordination, contract meetings, submittals, environmental protection, regulatory
requirements, worksite safety, quality control and assurance, contract record documents,
etc.).
• Mobilization and demobilization.
• Site safety and safeguards.
• Traffic Accommodation.
• Construction notifications to impacted residents, business, public works, and emergency
services.
• Sewer preparation for lining, including CCTV pre-construction inspection, reaming, and
cleaning.
• Sewer bypass pumping and/or measures to control existing flows.
• Temporary sewer arrangements.
• Construction inspections and Quality Control Testing.
• Pipe spot repairs and obstruction removal, as necessary.
• CIPP lining.
• Connection Reinstatements.
• Site Restoration.
• Post-construction CCTV video inspections.

The successful Proponent will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:
• Bi-weekly Construction Status Reports.
• Construction Schedule.
• Product shop drawings, submittals, product data, and samples.
• Traffic Accommodation Strategy.
• CCTV video inspections and reports (pre- and post-construction).
• As-built mark-up drawings.
• Contract and payment submittals.
