This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Enterprise-wide Occupational Health and
Safety (OHS) Review, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is seeking a qualified firm to provide a review of the occupational health and safety function, including the relationship with security, delivered across the County, with a goal of
clarifying roles and responsibilities to improve workflow and recommend the best organization of personnel and services to enhance overall effectiveness and impact of the County’s OHS and
security efforts.
