Silvera for Seniors (or Silvera) is one of Calgary’s largest providers of seniors housing. With 28 facilities in all four quadrants of the city, Silvera has an expanse unlike any other senior housing provider.

Located in the northeast quadrant of the City is Silvera"s Gilchrist Apartments East. The 41 unit apartment build in 1978 has one elevator serving the building and requires a complete modernization.
