Description

The seven-story building at 710 16th Avenue NE, Calgary, AB, suffered a fire loss on July 27th, 2023, when a fire that originated within Unit 304 caused fire, smoke and water damage to surrounding units and units below as a result of the fire mitigation efforts.
The scope of repair includes but is not limited to:
• The removal and replacement of materials that were found to contain asbestos.
• Restore common hallways and stairwells to code and pre-loss standards.
• Restore suites to pre-loss condition as outlined in the following specifications and scope.
