Description

The Black Gold School Division invites you to submit a proposal to Multi-Function Photocopiers. These photocopiers are replacing the current photocopiers in schools.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a 6-year strategic vendor relationship to supply, deliver, install, and service multi-function photocopiers to satisfy the needs and requirements outlined below.

Multi-function device (MFD) capability will include photocopy with print, network scan, walk-up, and LAN/PC fax. Service and maintenance support will include on-site service, analytical support, parts, toner, labour supplies (excluding paper and staples), and training (either in person or online). As well as an appropriate license and installation of PaperCut MF, the license term is for the length of the agreement.
