Description

The Hillsborough Community Centre, located at 199 Patterson Drive, and the West Royalty Community Centre, located at 1 Kirkdale Road, host many public events for the communities of Hillsborough and West Royalty. The Scope of Work in this Tender for both locations involves the supply and installation of a new standby generator to the sites, placing them each on a new concrete pad that will be provided for by this contractor, supply and installation of a new Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in both buildings electrical room, installation of four (4) new bollards around the concrete pads, trenching for the required conduit runs, wiring and conduit as specified in Appendix B: Single Line Diagrams, reinstatement of dirt after trenching, cut patching, contractor to provide fuel for commissioning and will be responsible to fill the fuel tanks afterwards, $3000 contingency for unknowns, providing technical support and assistance to the Owner’s Representative during the installation and providing the commissioning of the generator and Automatic Transfer Switch as outlined in this attached Specification.
