Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to prepare a sewer master plan for the French Creek Water Service Area. The sewer master plan will include the capacity analysis of the existing sewage collection system for current population in the service area as well as the full build out scenario area in accordance with the Official Community Plan (OCP). If any part of the sewage collection system capacity needs to be increased, the design will be done as per the RDN standard, and the recommendations will be provided accordingly. In case of OCP build-out scenario, the lots that will primarily be responsible for requiring the sewer infrastructure upgrade, if developed, will be identified. The desired completion date for this project is September 30, 2024
