Description

NorQuest desires to procure and implement a Faculty and Staff Performance and Development System Tool that will meet present and future needs.

The functional objectives for a software solution include but are not limited to:

The solution can be a commercial off-the-shelf solution or a custom solution
A fully integrated system which has the functionality to meet the above-described processes, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting needs
The system must be able to be highly configurable with no modification to the base code to meet NorQuest’s current and future needs.
The solution must be web-accessible.
