Description

The Town of Hinton (the “Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to design, supply, and install the replacement electronic sign at the Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre. The Town intends to select the proposal that fulfills the Town’s objectives to the greatest degree and best satisfies the evaluation criteria as set out herein. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, even if the rejected proposal is the only proposal received by the Town. The Town also reserves the right to select the proposal it deems most of merit based on pricing and proposed timelines, and not necessarily the most inexpensive proposal.
