Description

Fraser Health is seeking Expressions of Interest from Proponents who are interested in responding to a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services for the Two Tenant Improvement Projects within the Lower Mainland Region.

Both projects are 9,000-10,000 SQ.FT. One facility will be located within a Fraser Health owned, stand-alone building; whereas the other will be located in a leased space.

The projects’ estimated construction completion date is by March 2025.
