Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), on behalf of the Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”), Interior Health Authority (“IHA”), Children’s and Women’s Hospital (“CWBC”), BC Cancer Hospital (“BCC”), Providence Health Care (“PHC”), Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCH”), Northern Health Authority (“NHA”) and Vancouver Island Health Authority (“VIHA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide products under category of Non-Adherent Silicone Contact Layers for a term of Three (3) years and one Two (2) Years option at an estimated value of $1.3M.
